An Entrepreneurship Program for starting and testing a business before plunging headlong into leaving everything to start a company

Most entrepreneurs start businesses while employed in a day job or with survival de-risked. Since this is a reality every entrepreneurship course or program should be planned with this awareness. We intend to launch an Entrepreneurship Course or Startup Program for starting and testing a business before plunging headlong into starting a company giving up everything. The entrepreneurship course will be akin to business incubation over 16-20 weeks. The entrepreneurship course will help aspiring entrepreneurs test their business ideas while still employed by starting their business and within the legal framework of licensing. An entrepreneur will need to spend 6 hours a week doing the startup and attend entrepreneurship course seminars for 3 hours every Saturday. The plan is motivated by 2 ideas. Entrepreneurs always parachute from their jobs after testing their ideas with customers (Book A 1000 Days Adventure). Worried about juggling time? Students in college start businesses studying 5/6 subjects concurrently. There has to be a way of juggling time. The end goal of such an entrepreneurship course is to establish the business model and be pitch-ready with solid data from actual engagement with customers. Entrepreneurship course doesn’t include discussing any business plans or theories. The Entrepreneurship Course will use the framework that entrepreneurs use and taught me (image below – akin to lean startup but more specific outcomes at each stage).
