Center Of Retail Studies (CORS) is knowledge and solutions center for the retail and distribution industry in the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent. The mission of CORS is to enable organizations excel through dissemination of industry best practices, assist organizations evolve and implement solutions to challenges confronting them on a real time basis, and provide customized training to develop organization capabilities through customized training.
CORS is not a conventional consulting company. It doesn’t ‘give’ solutions to client problems. CORS believes that durable business solutions require developing organization capability through customized training. The following diagram encapsulates the organizational philosophy of CORS
The CORS team, who has hands-on experience in the retail and distribution industry, directly works with clients using a five step methodology to develop customized solutions and training programs. CORS emphasizes achievement of performance metrics and monitors the effectiveness of the program implementation as the training is implemented.
